Downloading Users Addresses in Moodle

I have managed to download users into an Excel file, but the 'address' field seems to be missing. I am hoping also to be able to upload users and their addresses, but I guess this may also not work. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your Moodle user download. I tested the user export into an excel file from a fresh Moodle install using our Export guide. All the test users I entered were exported without issue. Is there anything specific that you were doing differently? Is the Address field malformed within your data? Is there any error message given during the process? If I was able to duplicate the issue, then I may be able to guide you further. At this point, you may want to check the moodle forums to see if others are having the same issue and if they have had any luck in fixing it. Kindest Regards, Scott M
