how to Gzip my fill in .htaccess?

I often get massage about Gzip compression on our site. All test modules indicates there is no GZip compression in our site. So our site is slower than other. We have already inserted code provided by Gtmetrix in our .htaccess file. But still Gtmetrix n oher says there is no code for compression. Can u look for this?

any one check this, Nepali news portal, KantipathNews and suggest me best way

If you have added the code to your .htaccess file then it's possible GTMetrix is merely making a recommendation based on other factors. There are other tests online you can run (like GZIP Compression Test, for example) to specifically test for Gzip compression. If it's still not enabled, I'd advise contacting our live support team for further assistance.
