Hello sorojit,

Unfortunately I was unable to find an account associated with the email address you submitted this question under. It sounds like you might have hit your Addon domains limit for your hosting package. To double-check this, you can view server stats in cPanel on the left-hand side of the control panel. You should see the number of current Addon Domains that you have, followed by the limit your hosting package has.

If you're on a VPS or dedicated server, you can try to login to WHM. Then under the Account Functions section, you can click on Modify an account. Select your account and then click Modify. Then finally under the Resource Limits section raise the number of Addon Domains and then scroll to the bottom and click on Save.

If you're on shared hosting and still having issues, please contact support directly so that they can look up your account and investigate these issues. You can do so by sending a ticket through AMP or starting a chat from the top-right of this page.

Please let us know if you still had any further questions at all.
