Turn Back Email Password to Default

Hi:

We can't log into one of our email accounts. I believe someone (maybe me) changed the password from the default setup, but did not record the new password.

Could someone rollback the PW or help us troubleshoot?

Hello Ddesmarais, Sorry to hear you're having problems with the email password. You can easily reset the email password with access to the cPanel for the account. We can't really reset the password through the support center as its a public forum, so you might want to contact our live support team (contact info is at the bottom of this page). Just make sure you provide the email account information so that they can help you. If you want to reset it yourself, go to Changing the Email Password in cPanel.
