Newly installed software does not work

I've tried creating a joomla login and a website baker,and neither have managed to work. i go to the links provided in the email, and they dont go anywhere. website is ourfamily.com
the most recent install was link was ourfamilypicnic.com/administrator

Hi ahamilton0953, I don't fully understand your question, but it sounds like you're trying to install software onto your account but it is not working? Looking at the example you provided: ourfamilypicnic.com/administrator Is your domain name registered? - YES Yes, I did a whois lookup and can see that your domain name is registered through melbourneit and does not expire until 2014-08-22. Is your domain name pointing to our servers? - NO Based upon the information in your whois data, I can see that your domain's nameservers are not pointing to InMotion Hosting's server, but instead to the servers at 1and1.com What should I do? If you are planning to host your website through InMotion Hosting, you will need to update your domain's nameservers and point them to us (that link has all the details you need). Making this change can take up to 24 hours to propagate. If you wanted to test your website before the propagation time is complete, you can do so by using your temporary url.
