Unable to Access cPanel, not licensed

Good Morning,


I am getting the following message:


Thank you for installing cPanel / WHM.


This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)


Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload.


Not sure what changed but I am unable to access the cPanel.


Any Info to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Emanuel, Thank you for your question. cPanel licenses are supposed to automatically renew every year, if it does not, that is the error you will see. Typically, I would recommend contacting Live Tech Support to have them renew the license, but I see you already contacted them and they were able to fix this issue.
