I've been seeing the following message quite frequently when I try to access the admin page of my Wordpress site (www.bharari.net). Why is this happening? My username is NOT the default "admin" (never was), which is apparently targeted.

They have been using "brute force" methods of attacks on WordPress login screens. InMotion Hosting has been taking proactive steps to limit these types of attacks on WordPress logins using security rules and best practices. If you're seeing the message, it means that your website more than likely has been hit by a brute force attack. If you want to learn more about the issue and other methods of prevention, please go to our WordPress Login Brute Force Attack article.
