Hello i'd like to use a custom domain name: clementvial.com/ on my tumblr blog: clementvial.tumblr.com/.

The problem, i can't point A-record (IP address) to 66.6.44.4 directly on clement.com via cPanel. Can you do it for me? Thanks

Hello Clement,

The A record for clementvial.com has been changed as per your request. If this is incorrect, then please contact the live support team, verify with your last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password, and they can change it for you immediately. I noticed that you stated clement.com, but your account only includes clementvial.com -the change was made to clementvial.com, so please verify that this okay. Part of the issue is that your name servers were also incorrect. You had initally been set to ns1.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com. The correct name servers are ns.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com. This has been corrected. These changes may require up to 24 hours of propagation time. The email settings for the clementvial.com domain still point to our server.

By the way, you can make the change yourself using the Advanced DNS Editor in the cPanel. Please let us know you if you require any further assistance.

Regards,

Arnel C.
