My site is showing up perfectly fine on web browers on my computer but won't load at all on our phones. It was previously working, so I'm not really sure what happened.

Hello Maddoglover3,

If you review your code, you will see that there is a "phone" directory. This is where the site automatically re-directs to for mobile phone screens. The site only does not work when testing with the phone URL.

I hope this helps to clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hello BlueIvoryCreative,

Sorry to hear about your problem.I reviewed your site on my browser, on iPad mini, and on my phone (iPhone 4s). It loads on everything but the phone. So, I reviewed your site URL specifying the phone index file specifically - it does not load on the browser either. It is possible that if you're using a third party tool that an update my have changed the way the page is being generated (it appears you're using Adobe Muse). Specifically, one our systems people noted that line 25 possibly has an error. You may need to consult with Adobe on this, if you are not familiar with the code. Also, was there a possibility that something changed on the site? You may need to make sure and review both possible code changes or an application update.

Our apologies that we can't give you a direct answer. It does appear to be related to a third party application issue. Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,

Arnel C.
