I had the problem like you that is data not match with data table in XLSX file.
Example: "Price column" -> If Price = 0, I must enter "0" but my partner enter "blank" -> This is a problem that I can not import XLSX file in Opencart.
Thanks and hope my answer will help you.

I had a same problem like you. And I found the issue, that is data not match table in XLSX file.
Example: "Price column" -> If

Hi. I had the same error. Data image must only use alphabet and number. Remove those which contain other than alphabet and number. That solved mine.

Hello munafa1, I have tested the bulk export import extension on our own OpenCart installation. I have not experienced any issues with importing, even after changing the data in the file. The error leads me to think the OpenCart has issue with either the format of the file, which should be XLSX, or that the formatting of one or more of the columns is incorrect. I was able to cause the error, but only after intentionally changing the save format of the file.. Changing it back to xls/xlsx allowed it to be imported properly. Be sure that the saved file you are uploading is indeed XLSX. And if that is the case, you will want to check the columns to ensure that they are either numeric, text, or datetime as the original file exported. I apologize for being so general, but without a test file to review, I am unable to pinpoint an exact cause. You may feel free to send a copy of the import file to us at [email protected] and I will be happy to test that file with our setup. If you send the file, please leave a comment below so that we know the data was sent, as we do not actively monitor that email address. Best Regards, Scott M
