Change Website Templates?

To Whom it may Concern:

My employer and I are learning how to make changes to our website through AMP and CPANEL. We have looked into CPANEL by visiting summitagency.com/CPANEL but that takes us to https://secure100.inmotionhosting.com:2083/frontend/x3/

We have looked into all this and tried to make one change to the website, any sort of change just to see how this works. When I click on anything in the CPANEL, such as WordPress, it just asks me to install the software.

I'd just like to see how to make a change in CPANEL or AMP, then see how the change reflects on the website.

Thank you for your help.

Hello Summitinc, Based on the website associated with your account, it does not appear that WordPress was used in the development of your website. cPanel is the interface used to get access to your files and applications that may have been used in the creation of your website. You can use the File Manager in cPanel in order to get access to your website files and edit them manually. Or if your site was created with an application, then you may need to access the website through an online application to edit the files. You can also use a FTP client in order to download your files and edit them locally on your computer. If you want to learn about using WordPress (an excellent choice for non-programmers), you can try using our WordPress Education channel for more information. Please understand that your website does appear to be custom built, or at least made with a tool that may not be available to you through the cPanel. In that case, you may want to communicate with the original creator/designer of your website for more information. If you want to know about what is available to you through cPanel, checkout the article on the programs available through our Softaculous installer. If you're still lost on the issue and you need further assistance, provide a little more information the situation and we would be happy to help.
