Receiving HTTP Error messages when uploading media on WordPress

Hi, I am receiving the simple "HTTP Error" message when uploading most media (pictures) on WordPress. This is happening at at least two computers, using different browsers. I have checked, and the pictures are not too big. The website is quite simple, and I have not changed any settings, formatting, anything. This problem has been happening since Friday evening. I am using WordPress 3.5.1, and have not upgraded anything.

Hello GreenneerG, I have not yet heard of any particular issue with the media uploads. It does appear that the WordPress upload is violating one of the security rules. Our security has been slightly upgraded as of late due to intense infiltration attempts specifically aimed at WordPress. As this violation is a false positive, we can have that particular rule removed for your account. If you wish to do so, simply contact our Live Support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
