Transferring email files is unfortunately system-specific.  If you look at the files using the cPanel File manager or an FTP client then you will see a folder labeled Mail.  If your previous host was using cPanel, then you should be able to replace those files with your old ones.  However, they have to be in the same format as before.  You will also still need to create all of the accounts in the Email section of the cPanel. Keep in mind that the domain name should match. In order for us to determine more specific steps you could use to transfer your email, we would need more information about how and what you have compressed with Winrar.  We're not sure if it's a set of files from your old host server, or if it's a database from an email client like Outlook.  Provide us a little more information and we can determine how to best assist you with the transfer.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

This depends on how you managed email at the outgoing host. Were you using IMAP or POP? If you had a cPanel, a full cPanel backup would grab the emails as well and can be transferred to InMotion. If not, you can download the messages into your mail client.
