Hi, (please, excuse my English)

I can't access to my site dashboard since 2 days now because of a brute-force attack.

How can I change my password to increase the security of my password if I can't log in?

Here's what I get : "We apologize for the inconvenience but your WordPress Login page has been temporarily disabled. You are seeing this page as your site has recently been the target of a brute-force attack attempting to gain access to your WordPress Dashboard. In order to secure your site and prevent attackers from gaining access to your data, you will be unable to login to the Dashboard until the block expires. For more information please see our support site"

Thank you for your attention,

Hello Alex, thank you for your question, and sorry for the problems, Did you read the steps laid out in the article that warning message linked to? There was a recent WordPress wp-login brute force attack, and this caused us to have to put some security in place on your WordPress site to protect it from being attacked. I see that you might have read that, because it looks like you might have also read the follow up article on how to prevent unauthorized WordPress wp-admin and wp-login.php attempts with an extra layer of password protection. I took a look at your server, and it looks like you were encountering a similar problem that another customer reported to us. The issue was that you had password protected your /wp-admin directory, and on your server, there was not an ErrorDocument defined, which was causing your WordPress admin login to not display. If you continue to have issues, please let us know, or for an even quicker resolution, start up a chat session with our support team and they can ensure you quickly regain access. - Jacob
