How Do I Import into Softaculous?

whenever i try to import a program using softaculous, i keep getting the error message that says: "Oops ... it seems like no data of another Auto Installer could be found in your account"

im following the steps below:

I have drupal already installed but it does not appear in Softaculous

Hello, Thank you for your question on Drupal update in Softaculous. If you have installed Drupal manually earlier, you can either do a manual upgrade, or import the Drupal to Softaculous and then make an upgrade from there, if Softaculous allows it. Kindest Regards, Scott M
