Cannot change php version in cpanel

We do not have the option to change php versions in cPanel on our VPS. We currently have version 5.3.19. I would like to also have version 5.2 on our 2nd domain (******6) in the public_html so that I can install poMMo. I have looked at some of the other mailing list programs, but after doing the demos I feel that poMMo is the best for me as I am a novice in all of this.

As there appear to be multiple problems with Perl and sending our daily mailing to our 17K subscribers via our dada mail installation, time is obviously of the essence in getting this done. Is there any way other than requesting to be moved to a newer server to get this done. Support seems rather overwhelmed at the moment.

Thanks,

Hello Peyton,

Thanks for the question Peyton. You can actually have that ability added to your VPS - the ability to change versions of PHP. You will need to send an email to our live technical Support team and request that this feature be added. You will need to make sure that you verify the account with the last 4 digits of the credit card of the account or the AMP password. The email/ticket will be sent to systems for processing and they can take care of it for you. Make sure to stress your timeline so that they can get it done in a timely manner for you. Send the email to [email protected].

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
