How Can I Cancel My Domain Registration?

According to the article published in https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/domain-names/general-information/cancel-domain-registration to cancel a domain on my own, do not see the x gray, so I am writing to ask for help.
I want to cancel some domains and not find the option to do so within AMP.
I appreciate the help you could provide.

Hello Manuel, Some active subscriptions, such as domain name registration, in the article How to Cancel Your Domain Registration do not have a gray X to cancel them. As per the article, if this is the case, you will need to contact our billing support. This can be done by email at [email protected]. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file or the full current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M
