Support Taking 48 Hrs To Respond - Worst Support Ever?!
I've been a loyal inmotion customer for a while now. In fact I use it to host pretty much 40% of my online business.
But I guess the going is only good as long as it's all going good.
Post receiving a suspension notification for something I'm am NOT doing in the first place, it's taking support up to 48 hours to send me a few sentences with no real progress.
I honestly don't know why I'm still a customer here any more. Well, not for long.
I understand queues and what not but seriously if your queues are fact THIS long then maybe it's time to hire more support staff.
Inmotion has already caused me losses over $4000 and at this point I can't possibly recommend this host to anybody.
Sigh. Too bad. You guys were my preferred host.
I really hope someone has the decency to resolve this concern once and for all. But honestly, I doubt it. :(
