Hi, I was doing my taxes, and it looks like I was never credited back for the accounts you charged me for that I had told you to cancel; also, my current log in shows that I have 5 of my 5 accounts, but I should only have 4.
The 4 I DO WANT and DID PAY FOR are:
I don't know what the other (5th one) is; can you let me know?
The ones I did NOT want to renew and was supposed to be refunded for are something like this:

Sorry for the problem with your bill. Unfortunately, this type of request cannot be done through the public support center forum. Our billing support staff will need to look into this. Please contact billing by email ([email protected]) with this request or call at 1-888-321-4678 Ext 4. You will need to verify the account with the original AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file in the email. They will need account information and other information you provided. Sorry for the inconvenience.
