Junk -Spam form submissions

We keep getting emails from our client complaining that some of the Form submission requests from their website end up in her Junk folder. To clarify – we host their website with InMotion but we don’t have control over their email settings.
We are trying to explain to her that there's nothing we can do to prevent the incoming emails from being marked as Spam by their server but she points fingers at us.
Is there anything that can be done on the FORMS end (OUR END as forms host) OR the client’s email server end to not mark form submissions from their OWN website as JUNK? Is there something we can recommend her IT team to implement?
Hope you can help!
Thank you

Hello iwonap, Thank you for your question. We would need a little more information to provide a specific answer. But generally, if you are sending from a specific email address, you could have the recipient Whitelist it in their email filter. If you are not sending from a specific email address, the emails are typically sent from: the cPanel username @vpsXXX.inmotionhsoting.com Setting up SPF records may help, but I recommend creating an email address in cPanel, and updating the formmail to send from that address using SMTP. Then setting up SPF records and Domain Keys for that domain, which confirms emails are being sent from the correct server, and they have not been modified.
