I submit my username and my password to enter in the cpanel and yet it does not recognize me.

Hello Luciano, I am able to access your cpanel, however I use a different password than you do. If you are certain the username is correct, you may want to change the password via your AMP (Account Management Panel). If that also fails, our Live Support team can troubleshoot the issue for you. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at [email protected] with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Be sure to include the current password as well.
