Hello ssilva,

Thank you for your question, I am happy to help with this issue. When someone attempts to send unauthorized emails using your email address, it is referred to as "spoofing". This spoofing can be prevented by taking the proper precautions such as adding SPF and DMARC records to your DNS configuration. SPF and DMARC records authenticate the sending email address to ensure that the emails are being sent from an authorized user. Please review the following guides for more information and instructions regarding SPF and DMARC records:

SPF Records:

DMARC Records:

If you require direct assistance with this issue I recommend contacting our 24/7 Technical Support team by calling 888.321.HOST(4678) or by starting a chat session via your Account Management Panel.

Best Regards,
