I am trying to login to my VPS server via SSH. Have created the public and private key from putty. Uploaded the public key and installed to the server but every time I try to login using the private key the response I get from Putty is

- Server Refused Our Key

- No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)

How would you rate the customer service you received?

I ran into the same issue. Was trying to use the username provided in AMP "Account Technical Details". IMO this needs to be made more clear. Not to mention documentation states root access is not given by default and has to be requested, but looks like I have it anyway (Ubuntu). Cool by me.

Also, creating the RSA key via puttygen and adding the public key via AMP was explained well in support documentation, but could not find any documentation explaining how to use Putty to connect to the VPS. I had to discover that information elsewhere.
