I updated the PHP version in cPanel but BoldGrid says it is not up to date. How long does it take for the change to take effect? Or is there something else I need to do?

I checked the pho info as you suggested and still the BoldGrid dashboard says this:

WordPress has detected that your site is running on an insecure version of PHP

So, now what?

You'd need to check the phpinfo file to ensure the website is using the latest version. Otherwise, you need to update your PHP version in cPanel. If you still need assistance, I recommend you contact Live Support as they can see your account and more information.

Hello and thanks for asking. I recommend you check your phpinfo.php file to see where the issue is. The change should be immediate.
