Thank you for contacting us about adding a domain with its own directory. First, ensure that you add the domain as an Addon Domains instead of an Alias or Parked domain. This allows you to set the directory for the separate domain name.
Next, make sure that you don't have any 301 redirects setup for this addon domain.
