Sorry problem with your SSL Certificate. You mention that you "activated" your SSL certificate. If you're using the Free Auto SSL, then you will not receive a CRT like you would with a purchased SSL. If you review the steps for activating the Free SSL, then you'll see that it does not require adding the SSL certificate crt, private key, and cabundle. If you're a reseller, then you may need to follow this guide. If you purchased an SSL certificate, then you will need to contact who you purchased the certificate from - they would typically email you the information you need to setup the SSL Certificate.
