Thank you for your question sunrise! We received reports earlier that hotmail has a blacklisted IP address. The IP for the sending server that is bouncing is found in the following. +AFs-65.54.190.205+AF0-:19867 is 550 in an RBL, see +ACI We checked the whois and IP reputation for 65.54.190.205. We got the following results. http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a65.54.190.205 http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase_queries/detailip?search_string=66.117.14.157 If you are getting the same bounce, this will need to be reported to Microsoft Hotmail as they have a blacklisted Mail IP. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from our end because we do not manage the Hotmail servers. Sorry for the inconvenience. For more information about 554 errors please see our article on Email error 554. Also, the article on Why does Email bounce, bounceback, or error? that explains how to read email bounces.
