Hello Free2fall20,

The Builder's abilities do not include creating a secure page that allows your customer to simply upload a file. However, it is possible for you to create a general FTP account but you would need to share the credentials for logging in through an email or other means. You should be cautious with this because one security breach and you may not know what files are being uploaded to you. Additionally, make sure that you limit the FTP account so that they can't upload just any amount of files. Here's the link for creating a user FTP account:

Creating an FTP account in Cpanel

If your customers are unable to use FTP, I would highly suggest using email to send it. Also, as a good solution to sharing large files (which some logos could be), you might want to consider using Google's email service since they allow up to 10 GB file attachment sizes now. It's not a solution that integrates into the website with us, but it may be something easier for you to use/suggest with your customers, as many of them may not be familiar with FTP.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.
