Unfortunately, we need further information to help you. Your account is not associated with a hosting account so we couldn't look at your issue to see what might be happening. If you're using IMAP email, one of the main causes for slowdown is volume of email.

If your email is over 1 GB, I highly recommend reducing it. Anyway, I'm purely guessing here since I have no information on your account. If you want someone to go through your account with you live, please contact live support! They are available 24/7 over the phone/email or chat. Otherwise, please provide more information on the account - remember that information posted to support center is NOT private. Please contact live support if you do not wish to have this issue investigated over a public forum.
