Email Filters

I have set up email filters on both the account and user levels (If FROM ends with .in DISCARD MESSAGE).

However, the emails still show up in my Thunderbird client (pop), as well as my webmail.

Can you help to get this filter working?

It appears that you have also consulted with live support. I checked and what they have told you is the solution to the issue. Check the settings as they have asked and the issue should be resolved.
