I got a notification that I'm in a backup manager free trial, and after that I'll be charged in automatic, but as it is not a service I use I'm not interested in paying the fee.

How can I remove the service from my account?

Regards.

I cancelled all my subscriptions yet I was charged for a backup service April 8. How do I get my money back?
Follow up to cancelling Backup Manager

I emailed you last week regarding cancelling Backup Manager, a service we did not ask for.  I have not heard back from anyone at Inmotion Hosting and would like to confirm that we are not being charged for this service, past or future.  My managing partner forwarded an invoice from you regarding this situation.  I would appreciate an email confirming that this has been cancelled and we will not incur any fees for this service of Backup Manager.

Need to unsubscribe your backup manager

Since I never received notice of a trial for the ‘backup manager’  and wasn’t given a choice in accepting it, -or not -please remove me from the service and credit my account promptly.

How do i contact billing? I do not want to be billed for Backup Manager

I received a notice that after my free trial period was up, I would be billed automatically for Backup Manager. I do not need or want this service. How can I cancel it?

How to Turn Off Automatic Backups?

Since the Backup page from AMP doesn't have a 'My Subscriptions', and the Backup page from AMP doesn't have an 'OFF' switch, please remove this unrequested 'benefit'-with-charges from my account.

If you feel that you do not want the added protection the Backup Manager affords you, you can simply cancel the service anytime within the first 90 days of your trial by logging into your Account Management Panel and selecting the My Subscriptions option. It's that easy.
