Do you have a disaster recovery plan that shows how long we could expect service to be down in the case of a significant business disruption at inmotion?

Hello HigherOrderTech,

Unfortunately, this is not like an ERP that you would find in a private corporate server room, primarily due to security of the server/network architectures involved. Basically, there are fail-over plans in the event of server/network disruption. The terms of use (states that we maintain a backup (unless otherwise stated depending on the hosting plan) and in the servers are actively monitored 24/7 days a week. Apologies, but descriptions of this type of thing would be general at best with no timelines (as they may vary).

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,
Arnel C.
