Hi there
I am trying to using filezila to connect but I get the following

Error: Failed to parse returned path.
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

my setting
host biz###.inmotionhosting.com
username5
password

i have also tried other settings
using my ip address
using my ftp.username.com
using my site address
i get
error Login authentication failed

what should I do?

Hello saisem, It appears it is likely a username/password issue at this point. Use the following format for your login: servername: use domain name (yourdomani.com) username: your cpanel username password: your cpanel password port: 21 I would need to see your specific credentials to troubleshoot the issue any further.
