Hello and thanks for contacting us. If the domain is not showing in cPanel > Email Accounts, you may need to ensure it is added as a primary or addon domain first.

Have been having the same problem, and I just signed up for service yesterday afternoon.  Hoping that someone is monitoring this forum.  Basically, just keeps saying "Loading" and spinning when you hit the "Create" button.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. This type of error usually occurs when a necessary folder is deleted, for example: /etc folder.

To fix the problem, you can recreate the missing folders, be sure to set the permissions correctly. Our guide on Changing file permissions includes the common settings:

public_html - 750
Folders - 755
CGI and Perl scripts - 755
.html .php and other Document Types - 644

If you need help recreating the folders, please submit a ticket to Live Tech Support, so they can assist you.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.

Thank you,

Hello Wonjae,

The issue was a permissions glitch. Our Tier 2 went in and reset all the permissions to the proper settings. You can now create an email account from within your cpanel.
