Opencart was added to my website. How do I access it from the main page?

FTP'd Opencart into the website. 1. How do I access the files to delete the install files (as directed in tutorials). Also, I want to go to the cart from the home page. The tutorials I have found do not tell me how to do that using templates from the website builder.

Hello learning, The Opencart file you FTP'ed up was one level too high. It needs to be under the public_html folder, which is your root folder for the domain. I moved that folder for you. To gain access to delete the install folder, you can use the FTP program you used to place the folder on the server, or you can use your cPanel File Manager. Currently, your path to access the OpenCart is yourdomain.com/opencart (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name). You may want to rename the 'opencart' folder to something like 'store','shop','catalog', etc. It is up to you entirely, however. To add a menu link to your web builder to point to the store, you will want to go to Step 3 (Pages) in the builder and add an External Page (found under the Special Pages in the center column) to your site structure. Then go to step 4 (Edit), select that page from the left hand sidebar, and place the URL in the field. The format will be like this: http://yourdomain.com/opencart Remember to use your actual domain name and the new opencart folder name if you renamed it. I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you. Best Regards, Scott M
