Hello chrisbuice, This can be a simple license expiration with cpanel. It should have one so automatically but may have missed for some reason. If you are still experiencing the issue simply contact our support department (open 24/7) and they can assist you with updating the license. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. I hope this answers your question.
