Transfer from WordPress to InMotion

My wife registered and hosts a domain through WordPress.com. I would like to add her domain to my InMotion account and want to ensure that all of her data (previous blog posts, images, etc.) is properly transferred as well. I have never transferred a domain before so I don't know where to begin.

I was wondering if anyone has ever transferred from WordPress to InMotion and for the steps I need to take. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
