I was able to locate your account and take a look at your site. The issue seems to due to the fact there were two index pages in the root folder. The index.php was being blocked by a blank index.html page. I renamed index.html so the index.php page is no longer blocked and showing on the web. You may delete the renamed index.html page if you do not need it.
