Suddenly I cannot access the control panel
after entering my user name and password the fields go blank and this process repeats with further entries. Can you help?
Later---
After trying to upload a small amendement to a web page using Expression web I received an error notice No 552 Disc full notification. How do I resolve this situation?

Many thanks for your prompt reply
This is a huge disappointment. We took professional advice on choosing you as our hosting company and your VPS-1000 package.
At the outset in early March 2012 details of the size of our download file for digital downloads were given together with the size of the web pages.
Two questions
1. How do I access the control panel to delete files using SSH?
2. What options are available to increase my available file space?

Hi Eric, I apologize for any confusion, but the control panel and SSH are different ways of accessing your account. SSH (Secure Shell) is a command line interface for accessing your account. The control panel (cPanel) is a visual interface which can't be accessed when disk space is full. I've sent an email with a list of files and folders we see that are taking up the most space on the account. If there are any of those files that can be removed, we would be happy to assist you with that. Simply respond to that email and let us know which files can be removed. To increase your available file space, you can upgrade to a plan with larger disk space. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Hello Eric,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into your cPanel and receiving that error. VPS accounts have a limit on disk space, so you will want to either SSH into your account and delete some files to free up room or contact us to assist you in removing files and/or folders. Please feel free to either contact us via LiveChat or send an email to [email protected] and provide us with a list of files and/or folders to remove for you. Please be sure to include account verification with either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
