SPF record needed for InMotion Hosting SMTP

Hi - I have a site that sends an email to us when a customer submits a form.

The email is sent to our gmail apps addresses, using the same domain name. These emails aren't showing anywhere - even in spam in our gmail apps accounts...and I'm pretty sure it is because the SPF record isn't updated to show inmotionhosting as a sender.

I already have the gmail SPF records in our account, and I tried adding the inmotion hosting SPF record but it doesn't seem to be working.

The record that I included is:

v=spf1 include:_spf.inmotionhosting.com ~all

Is this correct, or should I change this?

Thanks in advance

Hello mouse1999, I'm sorry you're having trouble with your form on your website. Currently your domain is not pointed to our Nameservers so DNS records for your domain are not handled here. The issue you are experiencing would not be resolved by creating an SPF record for the domain. Additionally, the A record for your domain is not pointed to our server, so the site is not currently hosted here. Before you point your domain to our Nameservers, since you use Google for your email, you will want to set up the MX records for Google apps in your cPanel account. This way, when you point your domain to our Nameserves, you should not experience any interruption in your email service. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Regards, Christi N.
