Problems with brazilian domain continues ...

Like Tim S. answered :

"Once the domain is added as an add-on domain, you should not get the error. By adding the domain as an add-on it then creates a DNS record on the nameservers for that domain."

Ok, I made it, and then try again to put the inmotion dns server as master and slave dns address.

But now, instead of receiving a unknown domain for the master and slave, I'm only receiving it for the master (weird ?).

It could take a long time to work (dns propagation) ? Or I'm missing something ?

Thanks for any help !

HI rbautomacao,

Thanks for posting. I'm more than happy to assist you. Anytime you make changes to DNS records, it can take 4 to 24 hours to propagate. I've looked into your account and it appears to be configured correctly but has not fully propagated yet. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to take effect. I've also looked at the name servers and do not see where you have updated them. If you have updated them to reflect inmotions nameservers then just allow it to fully propagate.

If you have not updated the nameservers, please do that at your current registrar. The nameservers for InMotion are:

ns.inmotionhosting.com
ns2.inmotionhosting.com

If you have further questions or comments, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you!
