When is a Pro Plan not a Pro Plan?
This morning I received an email requesting payment for a Reseller Plan which I had previously converted to a Pro Plan; so I contacted the Billing Department to find out why I was receiving the bill and was told "...you don't have a pro plan..." although I had previously paid for it. I was told , "...that payment will be sent back to you..." because the Pro Plan is not a Pro Plan. Needless to say I was very confused because I was logged in to my AMP panel looking directly at the Pro Plan and above it was the blacked out Reseller Plan surface with a visible, clickable "Renew Subscription" button. Now the Pro Plan information has disappeared and then I received an email with a "Change Plan" subject line, stating that, "Your request for Change Plan has been processed. Current Status: Canceled," which I did not want. I did not ask for another change. My only question was why am I receiving a payment request for a Reseller Plan that was supposed to be canceled? At this point I really don't know what to think or believe about my telephone interactions with InMotion Hosting. Can anybody explain these abnormal developments? Please Help! Thanks!
