I just created an email account in CPANEL. Then I tried it in www.inmotionhosting.com/webmail and got the message "login is Invalid". tried several times with the same result. Can you help me find what is wrong?
Sorry for the issue with your email. When you create an email account in cPanel, it will be based on the domain of that cPanel. If you have multiple domains, it would give you the opportunity to select that domain when creating the account. So, the URL for accessing your webmail account should be based on the domain name. For example: domain_name.com/webmail . The URL you're using is for employees of InMotion.
