HTML images blocked on page created in DreamWeaver

I created an HTML document in Dream Weaver, there are no errors,however, when I double click on the HTML the images are blocked and I can't upload the HTML because it says the same, I don't understand why.

Sorry for the issues with the images from your webpage created in Dreamweaver.  We would need to see the exact URL in order to figure out why the image is being blocked.  You can check it yourself too by simply getting the image link - the full HTTP link, and then putting it into a browser.  If the path is not correct you'll get an error and if something is blocking it then you should see an error.  The path to the image being referenced in the webpage should be valid though. For example, this a test website that I use:  http://arnztest.com.

There is an image on the page.  If you right-click it, you can use the option provided in the menu to copy the image address.  You can take that address and paste into a browser address bar and then see the image appear. 

If you want us to review your webpage, then we need to have the URL you're using for the page.  The page would need to be available on the internet for us to investigate the issue.  If you can provide that information, then we can look into it further.  I hope this helps to answer your question.
