Hi Anonymous, could you please clarify: did you change the password for a specific email in cPanel, only for the changed password to not work when trying to login to that email? Did you change the email password from within cPanel, or from within webmail itself? If you used webmail, please try changing the password in cPanel as that tends to supersede any changes made in webmail.
