Trying to log into cpanel results in "too many redirects" error

I'm seeing this error trying to access the cpanel page for my website (cpanel.sitename.com). I can access the main page, enter my username/pw, and then the 2nd factor authentication number on the next page. After successfully entering the auth number, I get the redirect error. This is stopping me from making admin changes to my site. I see this issue 100% with both Chrome and Microsoft Edge

Hello and thanks for contacting us. Have you tried the other ways to log into cPanel?

  1. domain/cpanel
  2. domain.com:2083
  3. Via AMP
  4. Via WHM > List Accounts (if on VPS/Dedicated)

If that doesn't work, you should contact Live Support.
