1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'lcaspo5_GEMadmin'@'174.208.236.155' (using password: YES)

Hello, and sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting to your database. A few questions:

- First, what software are you using to connect to your database?

- What type of hosting plan do you have? I'm asking so that I can rule out any accidental blocks from automated security software.

- Related to the above, did you recently change the password to any accounts while another device was still connected? Sometimes, repeated attempts to connect to a database can result in an accidental block.

- Most importantly, what command are you using to connect to the database?  I just want to make sure there is nothing in the command that may cause an error.

Please provide a bit more information and we'll do what we can to point you in the right direction!
