How can we improve the security of our email?
We share, via email, personal information among our staff about new clients and we want to be sure this information is kept secure. We are a small company with no dedicated IT person. What is the best assurance that our InMotion-hosted email is secure?

Thank you so much for your question. SPAM and malware protection is included with your hosting, and you can configure the settings to best fit your needs in your cPanel. I encourage you to reach out to our live support so they can walk you through and assist with your security efforts. However, overall, you still shouldn't send extremely sensitive information over email, like social security numbers.
