Hello, and sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting WordPress working on a subdomain. I'm going to ask a few questions so we can try to narrow down what the issue is.

1) Is the subdomain you created hosted on the same server as the domain itself? If you are trying to create a subdomain staging site on a new server, then you'll need to point the DNS for that subdomain to the new server by adding an A Record for the subdomain. If they're both on the same server/account, though, that would have generated automatically and you won't need to worry about it.

2) Is the subdomain still reachable? If so, what happens when you go there?

3) If you installed WordPress using Softaculous, what does Softaculous say about the site's installation location?

4) Do you have any redirects in your .htaccess file for the domain or subdomain? These can cause conflicts sometimes.

Please let us know and we'll try to point you in the right direction!
