securing the right domain

So it appears that my website is secured except the actual website with "www" is not secured but in the C-panel it is showing that it is.

Can you help me secure my actual website?

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I removed your site address from your post for privacy reasons, but before I did I tried out a few versions of your URL.

Visiting the 'https://www.' version of the site worked and showed up as secured. 

This means that the SSL is working on the 'www' version, but visitors are not being sent/forced to go to the 'https' version. 

You will need to set up a redirect. Please refer to this article on how to redirect to HTTPS via .htaccess. If you need further assistance after trying that, you can always get in touch with our live 24/7 Technical Support team!
